NMCI
"NMCI" is actually the Navy and Marine Corps Intranet. Someone came up with the bright idea to contract out all the IT for the Navy and Marine Corps and as you can imagine, it isn't the most popular move ever made. Someone sent me some alternate meanings to NMCI.

No More Computer Information
Newly Minted Computer Idiots
No More Communications Internally

I love your stuff. That was cute! Sounded like fun, too. Did you happen to mean, by chance, coffee is the ELIXIR of life? Cuz that might make more sense. I think the Excelsior is a hotel where coffee might be served.

Here's my version especially after all the disruptions, hindrances and lost time under NMCI:
Navy-Mandated Counter-productivity Initiative
NMCI costs me more time in a few months than have viruses over the past 20 years.
