So, you're not in Kuwait...I don't think that they have this costume there. It's been around a while, though. At least a year or something.

Every year, my kids want me to paint a black spot on him so he can be Scooby Doo. But like last year, we are going over to a friend's house so he'll be here alone to bark his fool head off at the ringing doorbell.
