It's a time of day when a person gets an insatiable urge to raid the Tostidos.
Actually,they have you put this little sensor gadget in your shoelace. Sensors detect it as you run by at the start line, certain points along the route, and the finish line. A computer claculates the differences and records the time for each individual runner.
This is how they can send out real time splits at each point.
